Alex came by, arrived earlier than quoted and was able to fix our sink's blockage. He even cut the pipe so the problem would not come back. To me response time means a lot, especially for plumping issues. I'd recommend BR in a heartbeat, definately will use them again moving forward.

Inexpensive, quick response time and when there was an issue with scheduling they reached out to work out a new time in a prompt manner.  Also, the fix worked and the toilet now flushes normally.
